Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping is provided for all products. For freight orders, the delivery will be curbside to commercial address only. For residential address delivery, please contact us to see if the product/location is eligible for shipping. Additional services, such as lift gate or threshold delivery, are available for additional charges. Please email us at support@generalliftna.com after you place your order for upgraded shipping options.
Lead times will vary by product and manufacturer. We do our best to provide accurate and current lead times, however, these lead times are subject to change at any time. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
Order Shipment
Products will ship out within 1-3 business days, depending on your items size. Due to the larger size of some our products, we do not offer express shipping options. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@generalliftna.com. We ship only in the lower 48 states of the United States and cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship, excluding processing time and weekends. If your estimated delivery date falls outside that window, our customer service team will contact you to confirm whether the revised timeframe works for you.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Back Orders
Although we make every effort that all items shown on our website are in stock or show the item as marked as “Back Ordered”, occasionally an item may be ordered while being ordered by another shopper. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the back ordered item all together.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) at the time of delivery. If you see significant damage—especially anything that looks like forklift impact—refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours. For minor damage, note it on the delivery slip before signing.
If damages are not noted on the delivery receipt and you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery, the product will be considered accepted as‑is, and you will not be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. We also cannot guarantee that the manufacturer will provide replacement parts if we are not notified within this timeframe.
If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, call us within 24 hours at (916) 918‑1742. For your records, we recommend following up your call with an email sent from the address associated with your General Lift online account. Please keep the box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is required.
